[KNOWN BUG] Miro Lite board not saved to team

Hello, i use web free without sing up, and after 24hours, board was locked. 

They say, “Sign up for free to unlock it.” I go forward to sing up, but after that I redirected to the same window “This board is locked”, I try several email, and different sing up, sing in option, everything leading to the same end. 

How can I unlock?

Hey @Helga - while this bug is being resolved, is there any way to recover the lost content before the board is deleted? Can we request an export or request it’s associated with our paid account?


Is this bug solved? I am experiencing the same problem.
