Is there a way to group icon with shape - I need it for “BPM like” flow? To move lots of those elements freely not to lose icons on a board.

Unfortunately, this is a known side effect of having objects within the grid/table object. I’d suggest the workaround you have already discovered - move the items outside the table, group them and then move them back in.

The problem is with table I have in background - it is impossible only there. If I take shape and icon put it on board everything is fine - I can group it normally.
