I cannot export the frame with a free account

Hi!

I have a free account in Miro and I try to export one of my frames as pdf or Jpeg.

However, the button to export still remain disabled. Can someone tell me what I can do to export?

Any tips would be really appreciated!

@Josie Shu - I am assuming from your screenshot that you are using Safari. I believe there is limitation with this feature in Safari.

I would try in another browser or the Miro desktop app.
