I’ve been diving into the help docs and it seems that all of the responses on this topic are years old. I am running a group coaching program and I want to give my Miro board as a template for my customers to work with. It would be awesome if some of it could be locked and then some parts are editable but at a minimum just an easy way for me to share and then they can start using. The help docs say there is this duplicate button but that button does not show up for me or any of my customers so I’m guessing that doesn’t exist any more and now there is the Miroverse but I don’t want this template to be publicly available. Any help would be welcome.
Good evening! I have a problem. I studied languages with the tutors on the Miro board, but after completing the training, the tutor blocked my access to the board and demanded $50 to open the board. What should I do? I have paid for all lessons and have full right to view my assignments!
I had two users on miro, one from my personal email and the other from the company email. Both belonged to the same team.In my personal email account some boards were created and when I went to remove my user (personal email) from the team. A confirmation box appeared asking if I would like to move the user boards (personal email) to my company email. I said yes. However, my personal email username was removed from the team and his boards DISAPPEAR from the team. How to recover these deleted boards?Transferring boards between accounts did not work. I'm having some problems when using Miro with my students, first of all, I used to be able to create videochats, but now, when they enter my videochats, their board becomes all white and they can't hear me.... I have been using miro for 2 months and this started 3 weeks ago and the temporary solution is for me to enter the sessions that they create, this seems to be fixing it, but it would be great to be able to make videochats again. The second problem is with a specific student: our sessions are always breaking down because her miro shows a sign saying "Our webpage had a problem and it's going to refresh the page" This happens every 5 minutes. Do you have any advice/solution?
Miro is randomly switching on my microphone despite me never intentionally using it in this particular webiste intentionally. I am using Safari, MacBook Air M2. I can’t even say how much that concerns me. In my free time I am a Russian anti-war activist in exile, and nowing that Miro has Russian origin concerns me a lot in that sense. I am a fan of Miro for many years, but these security issues may very fast lead me not only to loose any desire to use the product, but also to consider other types of actions. I require a solution.

Hello, I hope someone can help me. Up till now I´ve been a happy user of a free plan. Some days ago I started to have problems - every 2-3 minutes when was trying to text the board just blocked. It keeps happening. I´ve tried different browsers, the problem is not there.What can I do?
An ex-employee previously created a team for our company but we never actually ended up using Miro. We are now being brought into an engagement through an external agency that requires us to all login and create Miro accounts. Through the very nature of this engagement, all of us from Brace are being asked to join this pre-existing team this ex-employee had set up under the Free plan. I need to become the admin of the team to remove this ex-employee and manage the account, please? Anyone know how I can do this in the free plan or if there is something else I should do? Our company uses Microsoft Teams as our primary form of communication, so the Miro integration chat within Microsoft Teams has been super useful. When you clicked the link in Microsoft Teams, it used to automatically open the board and drop your cursor over the relevant message. However, for the past few months that feature has been broken, and now everyone just gets a popup that says “Sorry, the linked item has been deleted from this board” (even though the comment bubble has not been deleted). There is a way to find the comment again via the Comments sidebar, but it is roundabout and annoying to do so. Does anyone know a way to get the Microsoft Teams integration working again? The Miro integration in Microsoft Teams. Normally you could follow this link and get redirected to the correstponding Comment bubble.The error popup that happens when you follow the link now.
I have two boards. I need a feature whereby changes made on the first board are automatically reflected on the second board. In other words, the two boards need to be synced. Is this possible?
Hi, I had been a Miro user for 2 years and had a paid account with the last company. There are a number of boards created under the last company company but now it is downgraded to a free account. I had set up a new paid account with my new company. Are there ways I can transfer those board to this new account?
Hello MIRO Community,When I am using MIRO app on my MacBook and I click on the Timer, it does not bring up the Timer and the icon remains blue. It also removes the map from the bottom of the board. This has only started to happen the last 3 weeks. Has anyone have this happen to them?I prefer to use the app, but I think as a stop gap, I can use the web version of MIRO. Thanks for your help!

there is no way to renew the account.Invoice and Payment method menus are not active.
We plan to buy the Business Plan. We need a special account. Let me say an “invoice manager account”. He only has to handle the company infos, credit card credentials and invoices. No need to be a member or admin or work with the miro app. Therefore that account shoud be free of charge. Does miro provide such an “invoice manager” account?Thanks and regards
We are working with Jira cards, integrating Miro and Jira cloud, using the OAuth 2.0 integration.We have a problem that cards that were converted into jira issues, do not receive any updates from Jira.For example, if I convert a card to a Jira issue, and in Jira I assign the ticket, I will not see that the card is assigned, unless I open the card explicitly. The documentation says it should get updated up to 60 minutes after the change, but this doesn’t seem to work.We are using the Starter kit in Miro.
I used a board in a class last semester with the free account, where I sent the public link to the students, and, if I remember correctly, they were able to edit via the public link without registering for Miro accounts. Is this a feature that existed in the past as I am remembering it, and am i right that it looks like this is not something that is possible today? Thansk
