@Ethan Huang Are you saying that miro.com is completely blocked, e.g., they cannot load the Miro homepage to sign in or can they sigh in and see boards in their dashboard, but cannot open them?

Sharing this here too. While I do want to see independent horizontal/vertical resizing for text objects, I have been doing the following for so long I can’t remember now.Quite some time ago now I defaulted to using the rectangle shape object for just this very reason. To mimic the text object, I set the border to none and the justification to top and left. I’m not sure if I’m missing out on some of the text object functionality, but the shape object has been working for me just fine.

I haven’t been able to find any community posts, help articles, or web pages on Miro’s site that indicate a technical board limit per account. If you have any concerns, could export the boards in .rtb format RtB stands for RealtimeBoard - Miro’s former name). You could also export to PDF, if you foresee yourself ever having to edit them again in Miro.There is also a Wish List item posted where users have expressed a desire for the ability to export comments. This could be ideal for you as your team members could eventually add a comment to the map. Once exported to PDF, I would expect that the Miro board comments would carry over to an exported PDF and show up on the PDF like comments do, e.g. in Adobe Reader: I would suggest clicking this link and adding your vote (click on the Votes ## button):https://community.miro.com/wish-list-32/export-to-pdf-with-comments-245

@Ryan Wagner You could put each map in their own frame and then, with a paid plan, you could export the frame as a high resolution Vector-based PDF file. This option would be found in the frame menu under Export as image: If you had the Consultant Plan, you would have access to all of the features. Then you could enable Guest Editor access for your board(s) and share the link with your team in the field. Once they are in the board, they could “star” it by clicking the star at the top-left corner of the board, to the right of the board name. Now, whenever they go back into Miro, and click on Starred, they will see the board - this step is important because, if you are doing this from your Consultant Plan, they will not see this plan/team in their dashboard, but they can get to it again from the Starred boards page, otherwise you would have to pay for each of them to be on a team. Here’s a full break down of plan features.
Thanks for the response. I did see that thread when I was looking for a solution. I suppose it would fall under the same category as “comments,” but I was referring to the drawing tool specifically. I added my vote what you linked. I did draw and arrow using the drawing/pen tool, then I used the export this board feature (top-left of the board, to the left of the undo action, and then Save as PDF. My arrow was present in the exported PDF (I tested both the Small file size and Best quality options): Can you provide a screenshot of an example of what is happening for you?

Giventhere is no notification setting in my aforementioned reply for When someone @mentions me in any chat; and Notifications are not being sent when someone @mentions me in a chat,All I can conclude at this point is that the @Mentioning People on the Board help article is incorrect and therefore misleading, specifically where it states, ‘you may need to quickly notify someone about the changes you’re making. You can do that by simply @mentioning them in a comment or chat.’ While you do get visually ‘notified’ for unread chats, the behavior is the same regardless if you were @mentioned in a chat or not.The Chat help article that is linked to from the @Mentioning People on the Board article does do a better job at explaining the intended behavior: @Marina Are you able to confirm that @mentioning someone in a chat will not send the user a notification? If so, I will submit a Wish List item if @Daniel.rauch or @Curly's iPad have not already.
D’oh!I had ‘comments’ on my brain. My apologies for taking us in the wrong direction Now that we both know notifications for mentions in Comments work, let me try in a chat…It is not working - no push notification or email, which is not surprising as there is no setting to reflect this in Settings > Notifications.I could see this being very useful and would probably only send an external notification if the user being mentioned was not active in the board at the time of the mention. This sounds like an excellent Wish List item if you wanted to post there (I did a search and didn’t find anything like what you’ve described).
@Laura Bishop I should have searched the community forum first as a search for “pdf” returned this as result # 2:PDF Export - Text CorruptedIn summary, that post indicates that it is a Bluebeam issue.
@Laura Bishop There have been a number of reports of PDF export’s fonts not appearing or appearing as another font face, but I don’t recall seeing anything that looks like yours does. Does this only happen when viewing with Bluebeam? How about Adobe Reader or Google Drive - any other reader?If you can view it as expected on other platforms, I would suggest reaching out to Bluemeam. If it looks the same everywhere, I would suggest that you open a ticket with with Miro support.
@Daniel.rauch It depends on if you have When someone @mentions me in any comments enabled and for which platform (Email, Mobile push, or Slack).To start, check your settings. I’m not sure if you can do this from the mobile app, but you can for sure on through the browser version (and Windows desktop app for sure):Click your profile icon at the top-right corner and select Settings And then the Notifications tab: I did a test from one account to another and the mobile app (Android) came through in less than a second and the email within two minutes.
Step #1 should read, "Select all of the objects in your Template, INCLUDING the Frames".

@Mark Bregman I didn’t think it was possible, but after some playing around, I think I just found an unintentional way of doing this… a complete fluke I believe!Select all of the objects in your template (Shift + click-and-drag): Now open the Frames side bar and select (click/tap) one frame: Now you can click-and-drag the objects off of the frames: And finally, select all Frames (shift + click-and-drag) and press the delete key (or use the menu dots)!

You're welcome! I am a Viewer on a board for a Team Plan team that I am not a member of. Once I was added as a Commenter at the board level, the team showed up in my dashboard, but I only see and am able to access the board I was added to.
Personally I have not managed a Team plan, but I believe that whomever manages the Billing (or is an Admin?) for the team will need to remove them from the plan as a paid member. On e they are removed, you can add them again as a Commenter or Viewer.@Kiron Bondale Do you have experience with managing users in a Team Plan?
