The Canvas '24 keynote is definitely worth watching - the AI features and collaboration tools look impressive. However, I would gladly trade all these innovative features for one basic security essential: 2FA for all paying customers (and their clients, by default).

While we celebrate new features, we recently witnessed a serious security incident where an account was compromised and 150+ unauthorized members were added. Having basic 2FA locked behind a ~$6,000/year Enterprise paywall puts everyone's workspaces at risk.

Innovation is great, but shouldn't foundational security come before new features? Many community members have been requesting the basic 2FA security feature for years (and this is just one of the several requests that can be found for 2FA). When will protecting our workspaces become a priority?"
