Introducing Miro's Innovation Workspace: Accelerate Teamwork with AI 🚀

Miro Community,

At Miro, innovation thrives when teams come together. Collaboration is not just a feature we provide; it’s the foundation of everything we build. Our new Innovation Workspace is designed to accelerate creative breakthroughs and help teams work more effectively, making collaboration not only efficient but also fun and engaging. Here’s a glimpse at into the key features that make this possible:

A Fresh Canvas Experience

We’ve revamped Miro’s visual design to inspire creativity. With a more vibrant color palette, interactive stickers, and dynamic sticky notes, collaboration feels more engaging than ever. These enhancements are not just visually appealing; they’re designed to spark ideas and encourage participation from all team members.

New Intelligent Widgets

In July, we launched our first intelligent widgets to bring interactive tools like dot voting and polling to the canvas. Now, we’re taking it up a notch with four new widgets:

  • Alignment scales: Quickly gather team consensus.
  • Spinner wheels: Randomly select teammates or options.
  • T-shirt sizes: Simplify task estimation.
  • Sticky stacks: Manage sticky notes more efficiently.

Integrated Video Calls for Real-Time Discussions

With video calls embedded directly into the workspace, teams can discuss projects without leaving Miro. Whether it’s a spontaneous huddle or a scheduled meeting synced with Google Calendar or Outlook, communication stays seamless, and you’ll never lose track of notes or action items.

Miro AI’s Catch-Up Feature

Missed a meeting? No problem. Miro AI’s Catch-Up gives you a visual summary of the latest developments on the canvas. Filter updates by team member, so you can easily see who contributed what, making it easy to stay in the loop, even when working asynchronously.

Organize with Docs and Tables

While Miro’s canvas excels at unstructured brainstorming, sometimes you need more structured documentation. Docs and Tables allow you to create organized content and track project milestones directly on the canvas. This keeps everything in one place, reducing the need to switch between tools and helping teams stay on track.

Prototyping Made Easy

Turn concepts into clickable prototypes with Miro’s AI-powered prototyping tools. Teams can now generate UI designs from simple text prompts and visualize their product ideas without needing dedicated design resources. This speeds up the transition from idea to execution, keeping momentum strong throughout the project lifecycle.

Customizable Workflows and Security

Every business is different, so the Innovation Workspace adapts to your needs. With over 160 integrations (including Microsoft 365, PowerBI, and Adobe Express), customizable widgets, and robust security features like Enterprise Guard, Miro ensures that your innovation processes are both flexible and secure and so much more to explore!

💬 As always, please drop in the chat if you have any questions or feedback from our team. We’re so excited to hear what you think!

I could see the docs is available in Miro but looks like the table isn’t there.  Like the question above do you know when this will be available?

The update about Miro’s innovation workspace is genuinely exciting, especially the part about making collaborative sessions more structured and productive. It actually got me thinking about my own projects. Lately I’ve been exploring how AI could help me streamline research and planning because I often work alone and lose a lot of time switching between tools. Has anyone here tried using external AI consulting or guidance for improving personal workflows? I’m curious what services or approaches helped you get real, practical results.

I've read with interest about Miro's innovative workspace that helps accelerate teamwork using AI, but people are wondering how AI can help optimize individual research and planning. I think that with these questions you should contact the company Aristek https://aristeksystems.com/ where experienced specialists work who develop custom software, including AI-based software for various fields of activity. This will speed up and improve any work processes, both personal and industrial.

I’ve been reading through this discussion and felt like joining in because the topic really resonates with how I work. I’ve also been looking for ways to integrate AI into my personal research flow, and what helped most was focusing on tools that adjust to my habits instead of forcing a rigid structure. Systems that mix idea tracking with context-aware prompts kept me from constantly switching apps. Another thing that made a real difference was using setups that learn from previous tasks and gradually refine how they organize information over time.

I’ve been experimenting with different ways to make my solo research routine more manageable, and what really helped was shifting toward systems that can interpret the context of tasks rather than just storing notes. Once the workflow becomes more adaptive, it feels much closer to an actual assistant rather than another app to maintain. If anyone has tried solutions that blend planning, data structuring, and AI-driven suggestions, I’d be interested to hear how well they scale with long-term projects.

Reading through the thread made me realize how often productivity issues come from fragmented tools rather than the actual workload. When AI is used to unify those steps—like collecting references, outlining, and setting priorities—the process becomes noticeably smoother. I’ve been looking into services that customize this approach for individual needs, not just teams, because tailored guidance tends to reveal workflow gaps you don’t notice on your own. Curious if anyone here has had success with that kind of setup.
