Hi there -- our customer support specialist Taguhi Poghosyan was in contact and explained that the credits in your account were activated already. The email reads in part:
This credit has already been activated as of April 24, 2024, as you have subscribed to the yearly Starter Plan with 7 licenses. Your first invoice #A2BE2693-0001 for US$806.40, has fully been covered by the credit, and you still have a credit of US$193.60 available on your balance.
When it comes to the other team (ID: 3458764576568829720), I can see that it is on Free plan, and there’s no credit applied to it. Please note that you can redeem the Strartup credit only for upgrading 1 plan. The program credit is tied to your [ Saas Vortex ] email address and cannot be transferred to other users.
If you would like to activate Miro AI Add-On for unlimited credits, please reply to the ticket thread and the team can assist. However, applying the Startup credits to the Free plan is not possible.
