Hello Miro Support Team,
I’m writing to report serious issues with accessing Miro. The pages do not load at all — there is only an endless loading screen.
The problem has been ongoing since yesterday (June 10, 2025). I'm based in Ufa, Russia, and have seen that many other users are also experiencing the same issue.
I’ve already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps recommended by your team, but none of them helped:
Cleared browser cache
Tried different browsers and incognito/private mode
Restarted my device
Tested on a different network and disabled my VPN temporarily
Unfortunately, nothing worked.
Could you please advise what else can be done? Is this a known service outage or server-side issue?
I’d appreciate any help or updates regarding the resolution timeline.
