I am wondering if there is an easier way to divide a bar to show % of completion, Delay and In progress for a particular use case. I added multiple square bars and colored them individaully and matched them to its adjacent bar and this entire process was very inconvenient. I hope someone can suggest an easier way to represent these.Â

Unfortunately such progress reporting visualizations are not part of the native product. The approach you’ve taken of splitting 100% in a horizontal bar into multiple segments and coloring them progressively to reflect % complete is the only option available at present if you don’t wish to code something using the Miro API.
