Hi Miroes :) ,

I am Marco - an IS researcher and creative collaboration enthusiast from Germany.

My interests lie in the fields of innovation, design thinking, support of collaborative & creative work and - of course - research

I use MIRO primarily to “clean my head”, i.e. arrange my thoughtwork, plan projects, obtain feedback for designs, conduct workshops, structure research and similar stuff.

I would love to help and I would love to get inspired by this awesome community around Miro :)

Marco over and “in”.

Hi, all!

I’m Hanne — new Mironeer & Texas native based in Austin. I’m a Creator Marketing Lead joining a team committed to supporting Creators through content and community to ensure your experience on Miro is the best it can be. ✨

What drew me to Miro is its limitlessness. As someone with ADD, it’s challenging for me to find ways to record my thoughts and ideas in a way that makes sense to me and others. On Miro, there are literally thousands of ways I can brainstorm, record, present, and edit my ideas to create outputs that are not only accurate, but also beautiful. Before joining, I used Miro to organize my job search, create mood boards to decorate my home, and create a portfolio for my work.

Don’t hesitate to reach out with ideas or suggestions for ways Miro can better support & represent you as a Creator, or just want to say hello. 😊

Hello Everyone in the Miro community!

My name is Kristin Greathouse, and I am native to beautiful San Diego, California :palm_tree::sunny: .  I am the User Leader for the San Diego Chapter and am ecstatic to be apart of a community that appreciates Miro as much as I do.

I work in consulting as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Project Manager in Software Development.  My passion is coaching teams how to implement Agile and Scrum in their everyday work life.  Miro has been a great tool for keeping team members engaged, especially during this pandemic.

I will be hosting a Virtual Miro Event this Wednesday, and welcome everyone to join! RSVP

I also would be more than happy to share thoughts and connect on LinkedIn

When I am not working, studying, or exploring Miro features, I am with my family and our doggies.  My dachshund, recently had seven little puppies so I take advantage of all the puppy cuddles I can get 😊 :dog::dog:

Hi, I'm a brand new Miro user. I'm a project manager trying to help my teams visualize their workload and projects for resource planning using Jira, and roadmaps. I'm excited that Miro gives me a great way to do lots of visualization in one place.
Very excited to join the community.

Hi everyone! 👋 My name is Caterina Rodriguez, or Cat for short. In my current full-time role, I manage diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) programs across the US. I’m also a culture transformation consultant (side hustle I launched this year that I hope to grow to be my full time gig). I offer consulting, speaking, and workshop services in DEI, design thinking & collaboration (hello Miro!), and organizational change management.

Miro has been an absolute lifesaver in creating amazing workshops where I’ve helped teams reimagine the ways they work, solve problems, and make decisions in inclusive and equitable ways. Miro is by far my favorite online platform and am really excited to connect with everyone in this community! 😄

Please feel free to connect with me: https://www.linkedin.com/in/caterinamrodriguez/

Ace and Rally are also major Miro fans and demanded to make an appearance in here 🐾

Hey!

I am Tom. I am an internal Service Design Coach @ KBC group(Banking & Insurance) . I coach teams to really involve customer centricity in their projects and ideas.
Given I am always hopping between finding new ways to do research, ideations, prototyping,.. and translating them into a dummy proof workshop form that is scalable for all the projects that start within our company.

With Miro we have been able to take a step forward given we can translate the best parts of our experiments and good practices from paper workshops to custom templates.

So big fan of Miro and still learning a lot of good practices after a 3 months of intensive use & workshopping.

Hello,

Pleasure to be here and a part of this community. I am relatively new to Miro but have already integrated it into my business as as useful tool in service to my client needs for deeper collaboration and faster solutions.

I am Shannon, I am the Principal of a 10 year old consulting company called Prosparus and we help Food and Beverage Makers and Grocers grow regionally, sustainably and through an equity lens.

I have enjoyed learning and exploring templates and customizing them and want this to continue to be a robust tool for use going forward.

Fun fact - I built a swinging twin mattress bed hanging from a Pergola we built in the garden with a fire pit and a custom built schwenker over it for grilling and it is a sanctuary.

My dog Jaeger is scent trained dog who truffle hunts and knows over 65 commands :)

Jaeger loves to be the tallest anywhere he goes and jumps on rocks, benches, you name it :)

Hi guys 👋

I am Vincent from Berlin, Germany. I am an Agile Coach and Organisational Change Agents.

Internally we use Miro exclusively for collaborative work, and it is our go-to tool for planning, preparing, and facilitating any type of workshop with our clients.

We are also conducting workshops to teach fellow Agile Coachs or anyone who is interested in the in’s and out’s of Miro as their tool in Workshops - It's a blast.

I own all my Miro knowledge to YouTube Videos and clever Googleing, and I want to help others use Miro in the best possible way, that is also why I finally set up my profile here.

Find our first board on Miroverse here 🎉

Happy to connect with you on LinkedIn 🤝

Talk to ya all later 🙂

I’m Silvia (she/her), a designer specialised in building accessible and usable products. I care about design ethics and sustainability. I’m currently based in Italy – my home country – and planning to go back to the UK, where I’ve lived for almost ten years.

Hi, All!

I am a Prezi Classic user since Beta and am recovering from the Adobe Flash purge.

Now that I am using Miro as my digital presentation platform for my college courses, I am super impressed with all of the layout helpers for adding a bit of balance and structure to otherwise scrambled mind maps.

The ability to integrate YouTube videos with a simple paste is fantastic.

Still dreaming of a “Layers Tool” that will allow me to animate through a concept without leaving the frame. The ability to start with a blank frame and add concepts, details, and ideas is super powerful for introducing technical concepts.

Keep those awesome innovations and improvements coming!

All my Best,

-Bill =]

Hello everybody
My name is Pascal. I am a Secondary Level School teacher in Math, Science and Media & Informatics. I am also a PICTS (Educational ICT Support) and TICTS (Technical ICT Support) in my school.

I love Miro for different reasons! First: The students do not need a login to paticipate. Second: It is so easy to use . Third: I can use Miro in many different ways: For personal planning, getting a Feedback, organising teams, and so on…

I am happy to be part of this community and hope for many inspiration and answers.

Hello, I'm Paulo Merson. I hope you're all safe and well.

I teach software architecture at University of Brasilia in Brazil. No pets, but I'm always surrounded by wild life when I'm mountain biking. :mountain_bicyclist_tone3:

I've been using Microsoft Visio for almost 20 years. I'm now in the process of moving teaching material from Visio to Miro. In many aspects using Miro is better than Visio. However… I do very much miss a UML template in Miro (yes, there's one, but it only has the class symbol and associations). Full UML support is too much to wish for I know, but I think a frame for the UML package symbol would be a huge contribution.

Hi everyone,

My name is Tony. I am a musician/composer currently living in Brussels. I love Miro and I find it very intuitive to explore ideas and strategies . I mainly use it to test out routines and craft out music training programs.

I only wish that Miro would support audio files or audio clips, it would be much appreciated :)

Amazing community here,

Cheers

Howdy howdy! My name is Kyle Chipman. I’m the Chief Process Officer at Chipman Design Architecture, a nationally licensed architecture and interior design firm. I’m moving from Chicago to Portland at the end of this month and could not be happier - clean air and gluten-free food :)

Miro has genuinely changed (and expanded) the way I think. Every complex project I’ve taken on, I’ve planned out first in Miro. No other platform moves at the speed  of thought quite like it.

I’m always down to share neat boards and better ideas in Miro. See you at the next V-MUG!

Kyle:  So glad you’re on your way to Portland - its been in the works for a while!  Good look with the move!  Annie

Hey everyone! 😃

I'm super stoked to be part of the Miro community forum and connect with all of you!

I've been in the product management game for over 10 years, delivering software that actually meets user needs. Lately, I've been diving deep into data-driven and ML-based products in advertising tech, geo data, e-commerce, and marketing automation.

Currently, I'm freelancing as a product manager, helping companies build killer product management teams, nail that product-market fit, and dive into thorough product research.

🇦🇷 Living in Buenos Aires, by the way! 🇦🇷

One of the features of Miro that I absolutely love is the voting, and another one is the private mode in sticky notes. They're incredibly helpful for retrospectives and product backlog estimation.

I'm really looking forward to engaging in meaningful discussions, sharing insights, and learning from all of you.

I’m Regine and I have been a  Miro  (well Real Board at the time) enthusiast for years now! 🙂 I use every opportunity I can to capture  thoughts  and  ideas  visually in Miro. I am an OD leader and Design Thinking evangelist!

When I’m not thinking up new solutions, I am usually on an  outdoor adventure  with my hubby and amazing twin daughters learning about new worlds, new cultures,  new experiences  and connecting with others.

Hi everyone!

My name is Robert Skrobe, and I’m the owner/operator of Dallas Design Sprints here in Texas.  My focus is on virtual design sprinting, process improvement and professional development.  I’m also the organizer of the Global Virtual Design Sprint and the manager of the (Design Sprint) Referral Network.

I am not well versed in Miro, but I plan on getting more acquainted with it in a run-up to the GVDS in May.

Fun fact about me:  I host a podcast with my son about Roblox that gets 5x the amount of traffic and interest than my business podcast.  It’s called Alden’s Amazing Roblox Review and we have a lot of fun making it.

If y’all are into networking, you can find me on LinkedIn:  https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-skrobe-8620901/

Looking forward to meeting y’all, and hope you have a good rest of the week. :)

FYI:  The pic is of me and my son at Disney World.  He asked me to ride a water ride 16 times (I counted) because the lines were so short (it was also 60 degrees outside… he didn’t care much). 🤪

Hi Robert! It’s a pleasure to meet you! Here is our webinar about using Miro for facilitating Design Sprints: https://go.miro.com/how-justmad-uses-miro-to-run-remote-design-sprints-on-demand It has a lot of good tips and tricks, hope it helps!
