I am interested in how teams use Miro to support Lean manufacturing and process improvement activities.

For example how do you use Miro for process mapping identifying waste brainstorming improvement ideas or planning continuous improvement projects?

I would also be interested to hear how others use Miro when working with teams across different locations and departments.
