Hello, I am done messing with this unless it can be done for me or there is a dead-simple process. If the latter, please provide step-by-step instructions. If neither, refund now. No questions. If am directed to go to some forum instead of getting actual assistance, refund with no questions.
Here’s the situation:
- I signed up and started paying for Miro Business plan as an individual, but with my work email. This was the death kiss, I think.
- Got laid off, so there is zero possibility of me either accessing the email or even talking to anyone about getting into it.
- I want to stay with Miro, on the Business plan as an individual (for the AI mostly), but my email has to be changed ASAP. Email I wish to use going forward and which should be tied to my Business subscription
- If the new email doesn’t work, I have backup options.
