Hi All,

I am new to Miro and would like to use it for Business Process Mapping. The process I am working on is quite complex and involves many teams/stakeholders, which in turn are sub-processes. Any suggestions on how to put everything on one board or use separate boards?

Hi @Nidhi Sachdeva! I suggest taking a look at some process templates. Maybe you can combine a few different templates?

If you prefer to build it from scratch, you can use the basic shapes or flowchart shapes and then using Miro links, have the ability to jump within the same board or to different boards from a process to the process details. For example, you could have the main process on top and then underneath it have frames containing all the sub-processes with links to/from the main process boxes.
