Billing Issue

I am having issues with billing. In mid 2025 I started a business. I still have my bank account because I'm doing to change it to a DBA and change the function of the business. I no longer have my business email because I closed down that business. I can't turn off the subscription, and I really don't want to pay for this subscription because I don't use Miro. I am hoping for a refund. Let me know what you need from me!
