I'll start with highlighting a pretty new agile template in Miroverse:

Team Metrics by Laura Schulz!

What I like about this template: Knowing why we're developing something, and why it's prioritized higher than other things, is one of the most important factors in order to have a truly lean-agile, healthy, and prosperous team. Keeping tabs of the level of knowledge about these things by having regular check-ins of this kind is a great way to know when and what to calibrate, if needed.
