I often draw large workflows and one issue I’ve noticed is following a really long arrow in the middle of the workflow. It would be nice to see the arrow’s direction within the arrow line itself instead of just having the direction known at the destination. Something like this: --->--->--->
When I want to take my post it note schedule and create a project schedule, it would be cool if Miro could tell me the predecessors for that post it note/task that were created using the connection lines. That would help me when creating the project schedule. Seems like the data is there. The CSV export option might need to be tweaked so that you are exporting a list of notes and their connected counterparts.
It’s really restrictive that only the board owner is able to download a backup. Could you look at either of the following options:the Miro administrator is able to backup any board a board owner is able to add other users to be an owner (i.e. a board can then have more than 1 owner). We have a team member on extended leave and are unable to backup some boards in their absence. Also concerned about what happens if someone leaves the organisation.
I want to view the share-status of the board in the list view of the project dashboard. The new column heads could be as follows: invite link, team access, anyone with link.
Instead of having to pick twice for Left/Center/Right Top/Middle/Bottom justification - have the flyout as a 4x3 “pick” grid for text. LT CT RT Full-T LM CM RM Full-M LB CB RB Full-B Full text needs a threshold - (Text to small to stretch- must be less than ~112% threshold.)Full Top leaves orphans at the top of the paragraph:| The… || Quick Brown|| F o x jumps |Full Middle orphans in the middle| The quick|| Brown.. || fox jumps |Full Bottom leaves orphans at the bottom|T h e quick||Brown F o x ||jumps…….|
Currently Frames are readonly in the API. I would like to use their properties to have them display different per user (i.e. hidden just for some, etc). If these options become available to developers then we can start trying some new workflows. Thanks!
Hi!Would it be possible to have extension points to display “toolbar panels” like the ones that are displayed when selecting the Pen tool or Shape tool in the toolbar? For now, miro.board.ui allows to display a library (.openLibrary) or a sidebar (.openLeftSidebar), but they are rather bulky for some simple use cases, and one cannot decide their size.Having the possibility to open a “toolbar panel” (e.g. with a .openToolbarPanel) passing its height and width would be awesome -- e.g. miro.board.ui.openToolbarPanel(“my-toolbar-panel.html”, { width: “56px”, height: “418px” }) with appropriate width/height defaults if not passed, etc. Moreover, there are two behaviors:The toolbar panel automatically closes when a button is clicked as is the case for Sticky note, Shape, Connection line, Frame, etc. tools. The toolbar panel doesn’t close even when a button is clicked and remains displayed until explicitly closed, e.g. with a close button, as is the case for for the Pen tool.Maybe another parameter, or at least a default behavior that always require to close the toolbar panel (on any button click for behavior 1 or on a close button click for behavior 2) would be even more interesting.
t would be amazing to be able to convert sticky note content into a comment in place, rather than attaching a comment to an existing sticky. Is this already possible? Can’t find anything in the docs. Use case - miro newbie adds a sticky with some feedback to a set of wireframes I have made because they don’t know about the comment functionality, I would prefer it to be a comment so that I can reply and resolve.CheersPaul
I cannot delete upcoming voting session.I prepare many upcoming voting sessions before starting a workshop.I use them but some of them are not used and left on voting menu.

We have a huge issue with the platform, which is ownership of board being transferred from our leaving employees. We only have the option to transfer these boards to other people. theres no way to make them generically open or assigned to a team. The admin work for someone whos suddenly getting ownership of hundreds of boards is not good. and creates hours of admin work on-top of their workload. We need some more robust way of reassigning content of deleted/deactivated accounts. I suggest making boards available to transfer on a team level rather than a personal account level.its so much cleaner. Thanks.
I use the Mac desktop app a lot, and it has no way that I can discern to either reorder tabs or navigate among them with the keyboard. It would be really helpful if it could just use the standard system UI affordances for managing tabs.
I am so used to working and using the save button. I find it very disconcerting that Miro does not have a save button. We are all programmed to hit save. Miro should have a save button
I would like to have the possibility to assess, which of my boards is shared with a non-team member. It is quite time consuming if you have many boards and have to check each of them individually to find out who the boards are available to. Thank you!
