    Convert any Object to a Card so you can add more detailsOpen

    I am creating diagrams using the “Diagramming” widget and using various shapes/objects.  I would like to be able to “click to expand” the objects so I can add more details similar to the functionality found in the “card” function.For example, I would like to be able to click on a “rectangle” object and expand the details so I can add more information.I do not want to show these details on the page because it would make the diagram very cluttered, which is why I want it to only be shown if you click to view more details.

    New shape: a second callout shapeDelivered

    Please add a second callout shape - one that can be used to the left of the object. Use case → I want to have a callout for an object that is the very last step/object in my frame and don’t want to have to make the frame even bigger, just to accommodate the only existing (right) callout.

    Frame Shapes other than a Rectangle or Square - Round, Triangle, etcOpen

    How about variations of round Frames or a few triangle frames.  This would be super helpful for a variety of reasons:Exporting, downloading and printing images Organizing designs / information within circular structures - systems, processes, etc...

    Watching video with student same time while using Miro boardOpen

    I use Miro to teach languages. I like the embedded video function however I tend to use Watch2gether if I want to be able to watch something with my student(s) at exactly the same time and to have the possibility to pause it and play again for my student(s). It’s also important to me that the student can pause the video at the moment he/she wishes it with me seeing it (and without sharing the screen). It would be great if this functionality could be added to Miro.

    Team administrator and projectsOpen

    Hi,As intended by miro we use projects to structure our boards. Unfortunately only the project owner seems to be able to delete a project or change the ownership. A real nice feature would be, if team admins were allowed to change ownership of a project and delete it as well. This would make live as an administrator much easier.Hope a lot of users agree ;-)

    Projector frames: objects in one board are live, view only images in anotherOpen

    Projecting objects from a frame in one board as a live image in a frame on another board.WHY: If I have a Program Increment planning event, with 10 - 20 teams planning out 8-16 weeks of work, there are going to be a lot of objects in that board, representing the plans of all of those teams and all of the system information on there too. this creates a very slow loading board and takes a lot of bandwidth up. however if I each team creates their own board as a workspace and then frames all of the objects which they need to be visible in the system, then the system board is created and a frame for each team is set up and that frame is a receiver, which projects a live image of the frame linked from another board.Assumptions: view only, live image would be using less bandwidth. This might be just useful for Enterprise licenses and/ or ones where unlimited boards can be created, but there might be other use cases.

    Hellothe IconFinder is great.It would be super helpful if one could change the colour of icons. Maybe not within the shape (I guess that’s complicated) but at least change saturation / overall hue.I.e. make a black icon white or so to work on a different background.thx

    HiI think it would be really useful to have additional basic stencils (or short of that a polygon tool).I”m not thinking something massively different, but just some more basic shapes, along the lines of what GDraw/Visio/Lucidchart offer.Miro is quite limited in this respect.

    Enable 'Copy Style' to include matching custom sticky sizesOpen

    Pretty much what the title says. I frequently create boards with stickies that are not one of the preset sizes (S/M/L).There are many cases when I would like to match the size of one group of custom-sized stickies to a different custom-sized sticky. Using ‘Copy Style’ to do this would be awesome, but that currently that’s not an option.Right now, I need to size each individually, or grab EITHER a row or a column of the stickies to be resized and resize the bounding box to where the dimension alignment indicators match my target-size sticky. Which is a royal PITA and time-suck when I need to do this with a large number of stickies. Either include as a property in Copy Style, or enable the dimension indicator function within bounded groups of unaligned stickies. Thank you!

    Preview multiple boards together on one "Mega board"Open

    I want to be able to preview multiple Miro boards in real time, or at least near real time.Here is my use case:I have a multiple boards where I record User stories. Each board covers a different feature set.When I work on these boards, I want to work on one board at a time..  but later I want to preview all these boards together.  so I can have a view of  the whole picture.  I don’t even necessarily need the ability to edit them, though that would be nice..I just want a “Board of boards”  that will keep track of boards and will adjust their position and size, according to the boards.The best we can do is frames right now, but that still get unwieldy.  Cause I’m not going to constantly adjust frames as they grow.So basically the features would be:Preview of a set of boards in one view. Board content will update in near realtime. Board display will automatically in size to display in the one view.

    Auto "Marie Kondo" feature for Miro Board.Open

    we love Miro.. we have several boards, some of them are considered our homebase where we do everything. Problem: Things sometimes dont need to be permanent.. so cleanup is a task we have to plan every once in a while.. it would be great if one could set up an Auto “Marie Kondo” that cleans up the board (or dedicated frames) with a set rule: If an Item is not locked fro cleanup und has not been changed in x days (set by the admin of the board e.g. a month)  the item either disappears or lands in a separate space..  Would help us a lot

    Embedding a Picture-in-Picture ViewOpen

    Ok, bear with me while I try to get this idea out of my head. I ran a workshop recently and created a leaderboard to track results in one area. Part of the workshop had the team doing an activity, and they were to record their score and do a quick dot vote at the end. I had to ask them to record the result of their activity next to their workspace, and then again in the leaderboard. And when were were debriefing, we had to jump around on the board from activity to activity.What I was thinking would be a neat feature is to create a single space on the board that would show content from other areas of the board (or other boards). Like picture-in-picture. I thought the iFrame embedding would work on a Miro Board, but it requires that you hit play on the iFrame space and then do some nagivating on the Miro Board embedded within a Miro Board (Miroception).Here is the leaderboard I created for my workshop:A leaderboard. Yep. That’s it.I created links to the Team Debrief for each team (10 different links) and then had to create BACK TO LEADERBOARD buttons on each workspace. This was a lot of jumping back and forth. What if, in the grid where LINK appears, it was instead a live snapshot of the debrief itself. Like this:Another Leaderboard. This one is different somehow.When we have breakout groups in workshops with activities, we need to space them out to give people space to work. But this works against us when we ware trying to find a particular workspace to summarize results. If we could put a frame around the workspace or part of this workspace, and have that frame project the content into a master view, we could summarize in a flash. This would work for presentations as well, you could create frames for a presentation that would just show progress of the work being completed on the board. So it is always up to date with the most recent work, and you don’t have to go digging around to see what has been done.I’m so frustrated that I can’t say this any clearer. And maybe it’s a bad and useless idea. Set me straight Miro Community!!!

    "Select preview area" thumbnail updates with recurring frequency to show board contentsOpen

    One more loose thought that I’ve had forever - I wish “Select preview area” thumbnails could have the option to take recurring screenshots of all the board’s content; to throw a frequency out there, once a day if any updates were made. If the user uploads a custom image or takes a custom screenshot, this feature could be turned-off unless manually re-activated.I’ve fallen out of the habit of thumbnailing my boards and it’s so much more tedious to comb through densely populated projects, The impact of this kind of thing creeps up.Thanks!

    Enable presentation mode while in a video chatOpen

    Currently, a video chat in a Miro board pauses when you initiate presentation mode (meaning your video is turned off and microphone muted, and you can't hear others). When presentation mode is inactivated, you must manually unmute and turn video back on.It would be great if you could be in presentation mode while also in a video chat!

    Obtain a User's Last Login from the APIOpen

    THE ABSTRACTA user’s last login date should be available via the API. THE PROBLEMAs more users use Miro, my enterprise is finding it tedious to manually manage our license count.  If a user’s last login timestamp was available via the Miro API, we would be able to create automation to get the list of users and revoke their license if they have not logged in recently.Additionally, this would allow enterprises to track their license count history.  This can help with decisions around licensing (ex. growth, possible need for more/less/same licenses, etc.) THE (POSSIBLE) SOLUTIONA user’s last login timestamp is added to the User object in either the regular Miro API or the SCIM API.
