Projector frames: objects in one board are live, view only images in another

Projecting objects from a frame in one board as a live image in a frame on another board.

WHY: If I have a Program Increment planning event, with 10 - 20 teams planning out 8-16 weeks of work, there are going to be a lot of objects in that board, representing the plans of all of those teams and all of the system information on there too. this creates a very slow loading board and takes a lot of bandwidth up. however if I each team creates their own board as a workspace and then frames all of the objects which they need to be visible in the system, then the system board is created and a frame for each team is set up and that frame is a receiver, which projects a live image of the frame linked from another board.

Assumptions: view only, live image would be using less bandwidth. This might be just useful for Enterprise licenses and/ or ones where unlimited boards can be created, but there might be other use cases.
