    Add Dynamic WidgetsOpen

    It would be amazing to have dynamic widgets that connect to external sources and stay up to date. For example a calendar widget that connects with Outlook/Gmail/Others and display your monthly/week/daily view. Or a card that sync with a todo manager and display tasks. That way we could create overview boards with widgets from multiple sources, unifying all info in a single place

    Linking and Displaying Frames from Other Miro BoardsOpen

    As a user, I want to reduce duplicating items from one miro board on to another miro board. If we could have a “window frame” that can connect to another miro board’s frame, that could be beneficial with sharing and collaborating.

    Sharing settings displayed on dashboardOpen

    As a Company Admin, when someone leaves their board gets reassigned to me. From my experience, the board sharing settings change to ‘Noone can access’. It would be great to see the board sharing settings on the dashboard so I can see if I need to change - working in a busy company with multiple teams it is hard to manage to physically go in and check each board that I own. Maybe this is something that only the Company Admin needs to see.

    option to view cursor for only the person I'm followingOpen

    I wish there was an option to only view the cursor of whomever I’m currently following. If I’m in a meeting with 10+ people, having the “show collaborators’ cursors” option turned on is a bit...seizure-inducing. However, if I’m following someone and toggle to hide collaborators’ cursors, invariably the person I’m following is gesturing to a particular item with their mouse (while talking on a video call) and I lose that context.

    Sheets FunctionOpen

    If there was a way to replicate the function of Excel style documents with a sheets feature.I understand there is a folder system for different boards. But often a Miro board could have a sheets tab to cover different areas. For example a Board could have three sheets. The board could be about Pitching for an organisation.The three sheets within that pitch board could be:Branding Assets Pitch DeckIt can be a little daunting, or one could lose their sense of place on a massive board. This would be a great way to categorise within a particular topic.

    Let up on the nag screensOpen

     I would loveto be able to see and interact with the content, but the product is filled with these kinda obnoxious “HEY WE HAVE AI NOW” and “WHOA YOU CAN TALK NOW!?!?” ads. I appreciate that you want to surface functionality, but seeing this every time I open a document is getting a bit old.

    Voting Justification / ReasonOpen

    I often use the voting tool when in a workshop. Some times its hard to rank the justification for why people vote it or people piggy back on people’s justification for the vote when we discuss after. It would be great to capture this before we discuss. :)

    Annotate Sticky NotesOpen

    Hey,maybe the feature is already there, and i don´t know how to use it. If this is the case, guidance will be much appreciated!It would be great if i could “turn around a sticky note” and be able to write it down.Example: in a org chart, where each sticky note is a name, I could see the other side of the note and annotate details of that person: i.e. birthday, preferences, family members, etc. The bigger the space, the better… Hope it helps.Best

    option to make items visible only to the board ownerOpen

    It would be great to have the option to make items (e.g. sticky notes) only visible to the board owner. Background: I often facilitate workshops in miro and put my moderation notes next to the areas where I want people to contribute. It looks quite messy and also I do not want everybody to see my notes. It would be very neat and helpful, if I could make them only visible to me. The notes just do not do the trick.Instead i end up with having hand-written notes next to me instead or a copy of the exact board with my notes awhile people are contributing on the clean version. A real bummer to me!Thanks!

    Enable Guest Users Access in Miro from the Verified Email Domain without OktaOpen

    Dear Miro team, We are currently subscribed in the Miro Business Plan.In your current Miro setting, after integrating Miro with Okta, if we verify any email domain, then both the Miro licensed users, and Miro guest users required the Okta to access Miro.So, in this process though for the Miro guest users, Miro license is not required, but still the Okta license is required for those guest users.But it is totally not an acceptable feature. Since we have lots of guest users from the verified domain, with whom we want to share our boards, and it is totally not possible to purchase Okta license for each of those guest users.So, we badly need a setting to be implemented from your side, where we can choose "guest users don't need Okta” or "guest users can access Miro with regular username and password". And as soon as possible if you don't implement such an option, where from the verified domain, we can choose like guest users don't require Okta to access Miro, then we are planning to unsubscribe from Miro.

    Smoother gradient for ctrl+scroll on PCOpen

    Would love it if the app’s reaction to holding CTRL and scrolling the mouse wheel was more intuitive.  Perhaps it’s a PC v MAC thing, but having it jump from 33% to 99% zoom for each single jump is just too much for me.  I end up having to use the zoom in and out “+” “-” buttons in order to get to a zoom level that suits my needs, which is cumbersome and slow compared to super quick and easy ctrl+scroll.I would love Ctrl+Scroll to move in smaller ‘jumps of zoom level’.PS: Love Miro!  Keep up the awesomeness.  :)

    It will be killer feature to embed Notion page to miro like you can embed google sheet. What i do now. I am expert notion page to PDF. Than attach it to miro, extract pages and work with it. If i will can to one-click embed editable notion page and work with it i will be happy

    Miro Integration to SharePoint ListsOpen

    Integrate Miro to SharePoint lists.  Allow linking list fields to a board in the form of a table.  Allow new entries and the ability to fill in the field values in Miro and it updates SharePoint with new data.This would be valuable for ideation and capture new ideas in a format that can easily be updated, sorted, exported, etc.

    Linking objects quickly using drag & dropOpen

    THE ABSTRACTProposal for a simple way to quickly link two objects using drag & drop:THE PROBLEMI link a lot of objects.Currently I have to click the object and then reorient my mouse-pointer or finger to catch one of the starting nodes.This feels a bit clumsy, especially at various zoom levels.This would make my personal experience with Miro much more enjoyable. Thank you!

    Option for Saved Files at account profile levelOpen

    The Saved Files library is handy, but I find myself using many of the same files – mainly system icons and corporate logos – across many teams that I am a member of.Ideally, there would be an option to store the files at the team OR account profile level.My current state process for when I want to have these files in my Save Files library in a team is to have them stored in a custom template at the company level that I add to a board when I join a new team and then save all of the files to my “saved files” library. And, if the team is outside of my organization, I then have to add the custom template to a board and share the board with myself or access via guest or visitor mode.

    It would be great if the breakout sessions could be synchronized or at least linked (MS Teams Rooms with Miro Frames). It would be great, for example, that the users of a Teams Breakout Session are directly assigned to a Breakout Frame and can only work there. Various feature  could be imagined: ​​​​​​Team naming Team assignment of participants Area/frame assignment Linked start and end of breakout Synchronized timer or end-of-breakout reminder

    Custom "Brand Kit"Open

    Provide the ability for Admins to create a “brand kit”. Upload logos, specify colors, etc. so that it’s easier to brand boards to match company and/or department colors.Brand kit could be easily accessible in the toolbar, and brand colors could be added to the color picker, maybe separated from the defaults by a line. I threw together a quick mockup to show what I meanmock up of what a brand kit could look like.

    Sync Miro Calendar Events to Google Calendar EventsOpen

    I wish there was a way to sync Miro to Google Calendar! NOT ADDING as an attachment to an event. I want to add the events from my calendar on my Miro board to daily events on my Google Calendar. This is a good idea for people who are attached to their Google Calendar and want to see all their events/appts./tasks on their Google Calendar/keep them in one place! I would still use my Miro calendar too!

    Separate the pen and eraser tools on the toolbarOpen

    I love using Miro but I find when teaching I am often writing or drawing and then erasing to let the student show their work. Having to select the pen then the eraser (and back again) is time consuming. It would be great if there were separate toolbar icons for the pen and the eraser functions.

    Reducing Team Size on an existing PlanOpen

    We want to reduce our Team size from 10 Users to say 5 Users.Currently, the ONLY way to do this is to Cancel our existing plan, and then start a new plan and we have to enter Credit Card details on the Miro portal. This is NOT User friendly! Can we please have functionality whereby one can Reduce a team size, and remain on the whatever Billing Method (e.g. Invoice) once is currently on, and NOT have to go through the rigor of Cancelling an existing subscription, only to start a new (different) one later on.

    Embedding single frames as iframe into other webpagesOpen

    Unfortunately, there were some requests on this around int the topic area for quite some time (e.g. Embedding single frames | Miro ), but not declared ad wish list ideas with voting counter. This is a key feature for anyone who wants to use miro for documentation purposes. Similar ideas on the wish lists ask for a feature to embed single frames into Google Docs and others to embed single frames into other miro boards. As all these requests are technically for the miro development team the same challenge, let’s now raise an official combined request for this. I’m certain, this way, we get very soon the required mass to make it happen.
