Hi Team,I'm reaching out because I was hoping to upload/create a new canvas template to your platform and was hoping you could provide some guidance on the process. The canvas template in question is called the "7 Levers Canvas," which is a framework used to analyze and improve the profitability of businesses. Similar to the Business Model Canvas you already have in you "catalog", it's a tool that is widely taught in business schools around the world, including here at Deakin University. As our students increasingly use online design and brainstorming tools, we would love to be able to direct them to a tool like yours that allows them to easily work with the 7 Levers Canvas template throughout their courses.I was wondering if you could provide me with some information on the process for uploading/creating a new canvas template to your platform and making it "public" so students can utilise it. (I did a quick search in your help docs, but couldn't find anything - I could be going blind though)Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing back from you.Best regards,Pete
Every time I copy a board, if i miss the small note with the link to the copied board, i can never find it again. instead, it should just automatically open the copied board
I would the option to pay 5€/month to “boost” the perfomance of a Board which is very heavy. Meaning a board with tons of Fotos or PDFs. After the month it can be downgraded again and be kinda laggy. Just to have the option to boost it when in actual use.I don’t know how much perfomance depends on your guys servers and how much on my PC, but if you can have this boost option on the server side, that would be amazing.
At work we have a shared account which we all use for different projects, and as we keep adding different colors for different projects, we end up having a super long list of colors that shows up no matter what board you’re on, and losing time trying to search and identify. It would be awesome if we could put them in folders (that way I would find the palette for the project I’m working on faster) or maybe limit the color library to the boards on each project (so for all the boards in Project A, only the colors I added for that show up in that project, but not on others)
Hello, I have two tables in my board and I would like to refer a cell of one table to the other, as in excel.
Please make it as much as easy to save costs.Implement a step via pop-up for deleting seats after deleting user
Ability to have a smart timeline function or a vertical timeline that automatically indicates today’s date. This would help in several scenarios from product boards and projects. Seen this functionality in VISIO before and other platforms.
Ability to @mention in a sticky note versus having to add a comment and add to a sticky note.
When embedding other features, as a file from Power point or from PowerBI it will presently create a standard picture with a play button. When the button is pressed the embedded file opens and can be looked into. It would be a great improvement if the possibility to see and click on the embedded feature was possible directly. (Like in Sharepoint f.ex)
Currently text in a shape can only have one alignment style applied (left, centre, right). I want to be able to apply different alignment styles to each row of text within an object. This is currently possible with other text formating options (such as bold, italic, underline and colour) but not alignment.Example, I want to have the first line of text centre aligned (as a heading for the object) and then the remaining rows left justified. Example below was created using work around of creating a separate text box for the text heading.
As a board owner superpower it would be great to select a bunch of sticky notes, right click and erase.I often copy and paste templates from one board to another.
When creating a Board that could be used for many groups in many countries, each with its own language, I have to keep a copy of the Masterboard for each language. Would it be possible to have more than one language stored within each “Text-element” and a selector that filter the right language across the Board? For inputing the text, I wish I could see an entry mask for each “Text-element” that would pop up on editing them and that would allow me to enter the text in each language of my choice. The choice of language should be based on the first entry I did, hence I do not have to choose what languages I want to use every single time.
Its better if you can implement a feature that any Admin or Super Admin can transfer the boards from Owners to another user & Any Admin or Super Admin can recover & Restore the Boards that deleted. The Deleted boards should be in once Place or it should reflect in every Admins Trash Bin should be great. So Anyone can restore it, if a important boards got deleted.
Sticky notes are perhaps one of the most frequently used elements within Miro. So it would be useful, helpful and dare I say - logical, by Miro, to empower users with more creative and flexible options in regards to the use of Sticky notes. The ability to freely decide the color of sticky notes are only one in a sea of possible additions to thecurrent limited option space.Upvote if this resonates.
For a better and more seamless moderation in workshops this shortcut would be very helpful.
As mentioned here: https://community.miro.com/got-a-question-ask-the-community-45/hide-expose-sticky-content-private-mode-in-mural-2678#I feel that Miro is missing a key feature for facilitating workshops. As a facilitator i'd like to enable users to enter their contributions privately (without showing the contents to the group) until the facilitator reveals all of them at once. (Private mode in mural and other tools). With the current way of working contributors are likely to be distracted and/or can be influenced by the input of others. In a retrospective it is key that participants can work on their input in a focused and non biased input.
Upvoting Editing same object by multiple users at the same time posted by Oleks Yefremov and reiterating the idea for increased visibility. I currently run a daily Triage. This is a working meeting with several roles and responsibilities that involve working within a template I have created. The intention I had for this platform was for it to function as a visual Google Docs:One field where multiple people could edit different paragraphs at the same time Real-time updating of the multiple users making changes. One person shares their screen in a Microsoft Teams meeting. Intuitive UI that people can adjust to easily. Request - A new object that: Supports simultaneous editing by multiple users. People can change text in the same sentence or paragraph. Has set object dimensions and text that adjusts to the scale of the object. Can include images that can move with text. Think writing multiple paragraphs and associated screenshots that move with each paragraph. When one paragraph gets long, we still want to see the screenshot guide for that specific topic right next to it, and then the next topics have the images at the right place. Has bullets and numbering. Has a checkbox feature. Date feature that can record a date (dropdown calendar?) and the date x days after. Only requires 1 click to enter the object and start editing. Thanks Miro Team!
