    Preserve alt texts for images when exporting to PDFOpen

    Hi,When I export a board to PDF I would like to have images in the exported PDF to have the same alt texts that I entered in the Miro board. Is this feature missing currently? I hope I am just missing something, but this way a PDF export is not accessible.Cheers!

    Assign timeframe to sticky notesOpen

    I have been unable to find an answer to this while reading through the boards, but is there a way to assign a time frame to sticky notes?We are creating a current state map of a procedure and each sticky represents a task. I want a way to be able to add up how much time it takes to complete the steps. It would also be helpful to be able to view this via tagged sticky as well.

    Cards add Comment with Conversation ThreadingOpen

    We like to discuss how to tackle tasks assigned on Cards but find Users either delete, move, or resolve Comments added on top of the Card.When there are +5 Comments added for each Conversation Thread the Comment Bubble gets distracting when zoomed out as they cover up the Card.Embed Comments within a Card will make future retrieval of information more reliable and easier.Better able to visualize Cards while still showing Board Comments.

    Quick align/arrange of stickiesDelivered

    I would love a way to select a group of stickies that are all over the place and create a smooth grid. I know you can align and distribute horizontally/vertically, but when they are all over the place there is no way to quickly align them.

    Want to group tabs like Chrome doesOpen

    Hello In Chrome, I group open tabs together and I can name the groups. This saves me masses of time searching for the pages I need.I want to be able to do the same with tabs within the Miro application. I want to group them together under a tab, and give the tabs names. This would save me masses of time trying to find boards. Starring boards does not suit the scale of work I am doing.  Thanks.

    Sharing/Copying Personal/Custom Templates Between TeamsOpen

    Please make it so that you can copy personal templates between teams. I’m a consultant and use a set of master templates that need to be used universally across each client team. It’s very time consuming to have to recreate them or do copy and paste workarounds between teams.

    Projects visibility for company adminsOpen

    After having recently upgraded to an enterprise Miro license, we have a need to clean up and organise the content that has been building up over 3-4 years without any governance at all. As a company admin, I find the ability to organise teams and content is really limited, mainly by the privacy settings on projects that prevent me from seeing the full list of projects that exist for our domain, and then being able to manage access and boards within these projects.As a company Admin, I don't think it should require a project owner to add me to their project simply so I can have visibility of their project and be able to assign boards to it.Perhaps there is a way that the actual boards cannot be open by a company admin (to maintain privacy), but other functionality like seeing the project, seeing what boards exist in projects, and being able to assign boards to the project is provided.

    Author of Sticky Notes should update when CopiedOpen

    Using the common and intuitive tool path of copying existing Sticky Notes as a starting point results in INCORRECT AUTHOR and invalidates the Show Author feature. When a sticky note is created via COPY or TEMPLATE it’s authorship should be the person that copied it, not the person that created the original.

    Ability to manually trigger updatesOpen

    Hi Miro Team,this is more of a bug report but whenever I accidently press “later” when prompted with Miro updates for my Windows Desktop App, I don’t get the update prompt anymore whether I restart the application or my whole computer.However, when skipping updates assets on my Miro do not load anymore so that I can’t work. Hence, the update should be mandatory, not optional.I can’t seem to find a way to manually trigger the updates either. Been looking for that in settings and tried update.exe.My workaround will sadly be to fully uninstall and reinstall the whole application.     Option in Private mode to hide also the names of the partecipants for all.Open

    Actually, even if the text is hidden, anybody could see where I wrote and know immediatly who wrote what. Wich somehow is the exact opposite of "private". At least for me (and my collegues). I would be great if you could add the option to hide also all the partecipants names during the "Private mode"! So please, please, add it!Thanks in advance!

    It’s great that boards have activity log, but with many collaborators finding the change I need is impossible with the current, scroll the whole list line by line, functionality. Please develop a search field where its possible to search in the activity logs.

    Asana Card FilteringOpen

    Asana Cards Filters are not usable if there are a lot of values. Can you please add a way to type in the filters. For example let’s say I’m looking for projects, a much more UX friendly way would be to:1. Select Projects Filters(Or any of the others)2. Allow me to search for my project instead of trying to find it in a list of 100000s of items. This way you can solve the problem of having to load a virtual list that is potentially large and unsorted to boot.

    Improvements to Export PDFOpen

    1) Please give us a third alternative to “small file size” and “best quality” when we export a series of frames as a PDF. The “small file size” has insufficient image quality for some of our uses and the “best quality” creates a PDF that is huge. It shouldn’t be too hard to offer an option in the middle, or allow users to specify the resolution of the resulting PDF. 2) When a series of frames is exported, please have Miro force itself to fully load the images in each frame before producing the PDF. As it currently stands, we need to manually zoom in on each frame to fully load each image and then choose Save As. It seems like it should be simple to have Miro internally force image loading when frames are going to be exported. The way I use Miro is to set up a board for the Concept Design phase of one of our projects. Multiple team members sketch, add images, create tables, etc - all on this single board, which tends to sprawl over time. This is how our concepts evolve. In the past when we periodically had to present our progress to a client, we would put together a powerpoint or use InDesign to create a PDF. It was time consuming to export images from whatever program we were using to brainstorm. What we like about Miro is the ability to take a messy two-dimensional board and create a ‘pathway’ through it that looks orderly and logical, simply by creating a series of frames that focus on certain areas of the board. We export those frames as a single PDF and it condenses our two-dimensional thought process into a linear stream for sharing, much like creating a powerpoint would do. The nice thing about Miro is we don’t have to open another platform and create this serial path; we simply create a series of frames to guide clients through our existing messy two-dimensional whiteboard.
