Restrict element alignment to current frame

I create a 16:9 frame then place elements inside it.

Then I create another 16:9 frame of the same size next to the first, and start adding elements inside the second frame.

When moving shapes around in the second frame, the alignment snapping (top, bottom, centre, etc), takes into account shapes in the first frame.

I only want alignment to elements in the current frame.
