    Different Idle Session Timeout for internal and external usersOpen

    Please add an option to change the Idle Session Timeout for internal users and external users.Use case:We want to increase the Idle Session Timout for internal Miro users.But we don’t want to increase the Idle Session Timout for external Miro users (IT-Security restriction).With that option we can increase the Idle Session Timeout to give our internal users an better Miro experience.

    MIRO App Integration to JIRA - Auto HIDE Miro board widget if no board are attached/linkedOpen

    Hey MIRO, We have integrated the MIRO App to our JIRA service in the Cloud. We have notice that some of our items in JIRA automatically had the MIRO board app added to their items, even if our users haven’t added it. It would be great if there is a script/automation, that HIDE the MIRO board option, if there are no MIRO board tied to that JIRA items. Meaning that the it’s hidden by default and automatically hide, if no board are added.  Best, Rasmus Jensen

    Hey Miro, We have integrated the MIRO App to our JIRA service in the Cloud. We have notice there are no option to customize the integration, which we ideally would like, as it’s not all our projects, teams or issue types we see the needed to have the App option or view.This will help us integrate the MIRO App closely with the JIRA setup we have, making sure its connected correctly. At the same time, not showing the option for users that shouldn’t have the option granted or projects. The setup could be integrated on how you can configured the MIRO integration to a Project, IssueType or be configured in the ScreenScheme, which also will help on where to position in the Layout view/order.  Best,Rasmus

    Duplicate / clone elements via Web SDKOpen

    Using the Web SDK, I want to duplicate existing images a Miro Board (and move the duplicate to a specific position).Trying to read the image.url always returns an empty url string.Thus using “createImage” is not possible, as this requires the image.url.Considering a solution, I propose a more generic approach / have this feature request:A possibility to clone existing elements on the board via the Web SDK.

    Quick Access to Board via QR-Code / Short-link / miro.com + Board #IDOpen

    In educational settings we need Guest Editors to quickly access a board with their smartphones. Having a QR-Code, that can be inserted into the board or a short link that can quickly be copied or a 4/5-digit board-ID# that can we entered by visiting something like miro.com/join would be very helpful.

    Print/Export a Subset of FramesOpen

    Our organization uses Miro heavily for day to day work and because of that we end up with very large boards with many frames.  We are aware that we can print all of the frames at once or each frame individually but it would be more helpful to us if we could group subsets of frames that we could then call up for batch printing/exporting when we needed to.  As it stands now we have to print the entire presentation and then delete the unwanted frames one by one.

    Add More Functions to "Comment" ToolOpen

    “Comment” took is very useful and comfortable, but It lacks more functionality.For example, when I’m writing here, I have features like formatting styles, colors, link insertion, emojis, paragraphs etc.It’d be much more comfortable with them.

    Copy size alternative to copy styleOpen

    Beeing able to copy / paste style over several items is really great. But sometimnes, i need to propagate a specific size between elements. Would be great to be able to do this using another shortcut.

    ERD tables should maintain user defined font when creating new fields on tableOpen

    Maintain font and size when adding new fields/rows to ERD tables CurrentlyERD tables have a default font and when you add a new field (row) to that table it will use this default font. I like to switch my tables to a monospaced font and when I add a new field to the ERD table it currently does not use the font I set the entire table to use and rather uses the default font.SolutionWhen adding a new field it should use whatever font the previous field is using, OR it should use the font the table uses for its header/name.AdditionallyMaintain the same font size as well.

    Miro Map "teleports"Open

    When your Board gets a little too big, it can get hard to link ideas and topics that are so far away from each other! Adding a “teleport” feature could allow for a link (in the form of a button) to be placed, that when pressed will “teleport” the user to a certain point on the map

    Ability to format frame heading textOpen

    To my knowledge … currently we are not allowed to format the heading text on a frame. Weather it be resizing, colouring, highlighting, etc …. there just doesn’t seem to be that option. If I am incorrect please advise me how to do this ??If not then hopefully we can see this feature soon.

    Add 'Hand tool' icon to toolbarOpen

    The main toolbar should have a Hand icon that switches to the Hand tool. Currently new users find it hard to switch to navigation and end up moving items on the board, especially frames. (yes they can be locked).The tooltip on this new icon could say:“Hand [H] Temporary hand [space]”

    Ability to swap objects (like the smart selection on Figma)Open

    As a creator, I want to be able to more quickly and more accurately change the position of two items, So that I don’t accidentally impact other elements on my board.Essentially, what Figma do with their smart selector (see: https://www.figma.com/blog/introducing-smart-selection/)  Often when working on diagrams, my team and I decide we want to change one of our objects. When we remove an item in the diagram, it means that we then have to reconnect all of the other objects, and hope that we haven’t missed anything. This is okay (albeit slow) for simple, linear diagrams, but when we have more complex diagrams, making a change can mean we didn’t connect everything.

    As the title suggests, the ability to add a checklist to a card that already exists in another card - “Copy Checklist From”In my use case I would have a card of “Master Checklists” for common scenarios that need to be handled and monitored in the same way, with the same set of owners for each action.Currently it seems that this can only be achieved by a lot of clicking and copy/pasting. Quite time consuming.

    See oldest boards first.Open

    Hello,Due to the recent and quite intense Miro lagging/freezing I decided to do a bit of cleanup and erase some of the boards I won’t need anymore. Naturally most of those are the oldest. Is there any way to reverse the sorting order (currently there is only “last opened/created/modified”) a check box to delete multiple boards at once would also be great. I have quite a lot of boards and scrolling down is not really efficient.Thank you for your help or considering making this an option Cheerscurrent sorting options

    InDesign allows for this, where text that overflows past a frame’s / shape’s border will automatically expand the shape to fully show the text.
