    A double confirmation (accept or refuse) to authorize the cost of an additional licensed member (billing)Open

    Ever since I can remember, I've had a hard time understanding how membership licenses versus guest members work. The line between the 2 is not clear and I have had to ask for a refund in the past. This has always caused me stress. Seeing all the messages and questions surrounding member management, I can see that I am not the only one experiencing this with Miro. Recently, the thing around member management got worst. I found myself paying for a member I had not invited. The system confused 2 of my logins with my two Miro accounts (one paid and one free) and I was never notified that my ID.  Strangely enough, after I visited a board of my free account with my paid account ID, the system considered deduced from that day that the ID of my free account would automatically become a licensed member of my paid account. I never authorized this transaction and I ended up paying for a 2nd license that I did not use for several months. The only way I could do this was to check my invoice. This I did a few months later with all the complications that this entailed. My trust in Miro and the billing was affected. However, I use several platforms like Google suite or Canvas in the same way and I have never had this problem. The platforms always proactively notify me if there are any charges so I can make the decision (Accept or refuse). So I strongly suggest that the Miro system ask for implied permission (accept or refuse) before incurring fees for additional team member licenses. I guess I'm not the first one to have suggested this improvement to the system. Thank you for your great work. I love all the possibilities that Miro offers me.

    Have a shape called "Flex Polygon" (as in Lucidchart) where you can add more points and change it however you want and be able to add color to shape.

    Miro Toggle Code / Text and Text Feature (like Notion Toggle List)Open

    Hello,Problem: I have text and code on my Miro board that takes up a lot of space. Feature to implement: The ability to toggle (see it or close it) a piece of code or text I will use notion as an examplee.g. in Notion we have “toggle lists” I can expand it and see the contents Miro It would be good if have a similar feature for code/text. Here is a image of my miro board where I have added some code I deemed important. It would be good to be able to toggle them open/close so they dont take up much space.  regards

    Quick access to different connector stylesOpen

    Often when building a flow chart, I want the nodes in the chart to be similar with solid arrows from one to the other. While I’m building the chart, I like to add sticky notes and attach them to the node for which they apply. However, I like to use a curved dashed connector with no arrows so the sticky doesn’t look like it is part of the flow.I image allowing different preformatted connectors in the quick access tool part.Or perhaps right clicking on any connector and having some connector templates to pick from.

    Hello, I’m using Miro to manage projects with clients, but I’d love to be able to have something like Synced Blocks in Notion, where I can use the same calendar instance and get a sense of workload across projects.

    Unload hidden objects to improve board performanceOpen

    Add a board level setting to unload objects in hidden frames to improve board performance. We often collab with 50+ users who post lots of content. Hiding frames is a natural way to keep the board clean and everyone focused, but hiding frames DOES NOT unload contained objects and improve performance.

    Education Plan: Either Unlimited Members or Multiple TeamsOpen

    I would vote for either multiple teams per account or unlimited users for the Education Plan.There are too many constraints with capping the number of members per team and only being allowed to have one team.

    We are often placing comments inside a frame, but not to a particular object. It’s very frustrating when moving frames that these comments don’t move

    Make drop-down lists where you can hide some information (spoilers). If there are a lot of objects on the board, it slows down even on powerful computers. Because of this, I don’t want to open an overloaded board once again(

    AWS QLDB is not a blockchain. The icon is currently under the “blockchain” heading.     Read-only Miro embeds for NotionOpen

    Hi!Miro embeds in Notion are cool, but IMHO they are not so useful as they could be. Now you can move or even edit (if link permission allows it) the content of the board directly via embed in Notion page which makes it just a less convenient browser of the Miro app. I’d rather edit or view my boards via web or native Miro app.What I propose is to have a read-only mode for Miro embeds in Notion. One of the use-cases would be to write articles with images managed and stored in Miro. From my POV it is a great mechanism for creating and maintaining documentation of software projects etc.Attaching an image with the idea details.

    A culture of seamless website to board integrationOpen

    So this is the thought of being able to easily integrate a board within a website. So imagine your scrolling down a website and you end up in a Miro board that explains something a website wants you to know or is building community through activities within their site, executed through Miro boards.

    Intuitive experience for 1st time users joining via public linkOpen

    Right now a first time user that receives a link to a public board may choose to sign up for a profile (sometimes without realising there is an option to access as a guest).  The user then gets stuck at a screen asking them to ‘join their miro team’ if there are existing teams set up in their email domain.The screen is not obviously part of the sign-up experience, and then only options the user is presented with are to either join one of the existing teams or to ‘create a new team’The user just wants to access the board they have been shared.  Please adjust this page so it is more clearly part of the sign-up process and can be skipped.

    Creative Cloud Plugin for Company and School accountsOpen

    Dear Miro team,We use Miro in our company and Miro and our Adobe accounts are created with the same company email. The creative cloud plugin on Miro is a great and valuable add but it’s a pity that : " Company or school accounts re not supported."Therefore, It would be great to add this feature in the Miro x Adobe Creative Cloud plugin.Thank you,Rana

    Locked ItemsOpen

    It would be epic if you could lock and unlock complete sections or boards while you’re working on things.I have found I’ll lock some individual items so it doesn’t move on the board, but then you cannot select the entire board & unlock the lot. You have to find the items you locked and individually select and unlock it.

    Attention Management When Logged in on two devicesOpen

    Figma gives us the ability to spotlight ourselves. This means I can log into my laptop and share my screen in a meeting via the laptop. then also login via an ipad or tablet with a pen. Then I am logged in twice in Fijam (ie shows two circles at the top right) and I can then force attention onto the profile logged in to my ipad and walk teams and people through ideas.Miro shows only one profile even when im logged in to the board on two devices. And I cannot forece attention onto one instance.Can you create a feature that mimics the way Figjam works?

    Please make multiple accounts and teams easier to navigate in desktop appOpen

    I am a UX consultant that facilitates workshops. Every client I have creates an email address for me and adds me to their miro account. It is a nightmare to access and work on multiple clients at the same time. Please take pity on consultants and contractors having to navigate multiple accounts and teams!! Figma is a great reference for how to handle multiple teams and accounts.Pair this with log out feature not working on desktop app if you’re connected to a google account and it’s compounded.The only work around I’ve found is using a chrome profile for each client, only accessing miro through browser and keeping elaborate sheets of links and passwords to everything so I can quickly access.

    I'm used to sharing a board. When the participants have activated the link, they first see the board. Then I open the present mode. I want to change that. I want participants to start in present mode from the beginning when they join the board.

    Allow commnets to be grouped with a visual objectOpen

    since popups are not available,I often use comments as a workaround.  It doesnt seem possible to  group a comment with a visual item?  Because of this when I move items around the comments get left behind in their original location
