When using the Windows app, provide a reload option on the tab in case the tab fails

When using the desktop app, sometimes one of the tabs goes “blank”. My assumption is that memory management has “suspended” or killed the tab. The only way I have found to reload the tab is to close it (or the whole app) and reopen it. I like how the app remembers what tabs are open, so I generally prefer to shut down and restart the full app, so that I don’t have to hunt through my project folder to find the board to reopen.

It would be helpful if there was a “reload” option on the tab itself that could reload, without having to close and reopen.
