When adjusting cropped image masks, allowing for shift to maintain orthogonal movement

This request emerges from images that are already cropped using an image mask. After one image mask is prepared and another instance is created, it would be super helpful to allow for Shift to maintain orthogonal movement so the alignment can remain consistent (the dimensions are already consistent as it’s using the copied mask as a starting point).
