It would be great if there were an option for the “timeline” shape found in Value Stream Mapping that allowed us to add all the values in the top row and all the values in the bottom row (two separate sums).
In the screenshot below, the top row would have a sum of 1.1 days, and the bottom row would have a sum of 68. Note: the screenshot below uses several “timeline” shape objects linked together, so it’s not all one shape.
Frequently, we create value stream maps, which can be quite cumbersome when we need to add these numbers across a large value stream map.
