The idea:
One click button to toggle colour on a new type of rectangle shape
The Problem:
Simple Routine tasks require three clicks and mouse navigation to change colour from red to green (or back to red).
Example:
See pasted image. The slip symbol would appear next to the task rectangle to flip from red to green. The people buttons to filter by is an optional extra - please just do the flip colour button.
Benefit:
Productivity. There are ideas in this wish list register similar and a product is not readily available in the market that I can find.
Application:
Office teams, Finance, Project, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transport, Rostering, any process.
