Would love it if synced copies can be used with individual objects, not just frames. Also, making sure that the synced copy remains synced if you replace the image or object (using “replace image”).

This is possible with Sync Items.
Group items, such as sticky notes, cards, shapes, text boxes, or images, and choose exactly which of their properties, text, colour, size, tags, links, and more, stay aligned. Use two-way for co-creation; switch to one-way when you need a single source of truth.
