Support for 16:9 aspect ratio when iPad app is connected to external display.

Problem
When connecting an iPad to a regular external 16:9 display such as a regular big tv, the Miro app simply mirrors the iPad interface, leaving us with black bars on the sides of the tv.

Solution
It would be great if the app would fill the entire screen like e.g. MindNode does. In addition maybe even support different orientation options in case someone wants to use their external display in portrait mode. It’s a small feature, but it just looks so much better when presenting using Miro.
