Stay informed of updates to previously used / favourite templates on Miroverse

Summary:

As a user of many Miroverse templates I would L😍VE to be informed when updates are made to boards I’ve used, or boards I’ve favourited.

Use case​

Often Miroverse creators update their templates (from just the small typo fixes to more noticeable improvements).

As a Miroverse Consumer:

• It would be great to know if creators update the boards I’ve used or favourited so I can make sure I use the latest version next time.
• It would be preferable to understand what’s changed (like a changelog) so I can check it over before using the new version

As a Miroverse creator:

• it would be nice to have control over whether or not to alert followers when I make updates (not me particularly, but some people are more inhibited by public announements and it may prevent them publishing changes).
