Snap to grid sometimes works, sometimes it doesn’t. I couldn’t find a switch in settings, so I started reading the manual. I now know that miro has a “focus mode”, and that in focus mode snap to grid is active.
Here’s my problem: there is nothing on the screen to tell me I’m in a different mode that behaves differently, and there is no visual clue to tell me that snap to grid is active. That’s not intuitive, it’s confusing.
So my suggestion is to uncouple snap to grid from focus mode, and just put a toggle switch on the task bar. If you don’t want to do that, then at the very least make it more obvious that there are different modes, and make it obvious when snap to grid is active.
