Snap arrow heads to bullet point

If the same functionality for snapping lines/arrow-heads to certain elements of text, such as a bullet point, akin to how this functionality is applied to lines connecting post-it notes. It would mean when lists of text move and change size, the line/arrow still points to a specific ‘line entry of text’ within the list i.e. text usually shifts up and down and because the line/arrow is only connected to the text box it doesn’t naturally track the position of the text within the text box. If e.g. the bullet point was able to be used as a snap feature for lines/arrows within a text box, it would mean the lines/arrows would maintain their relative position when text is changed within the text box.
