Request management extra option

We use request management to manage licenses but would like to have a clear option to “Email Team Admins” when users are requesting to join a team and this is currently not available. I understand it does send an email to the Team admin no matter what option you use (e.g. redirect to a custom URL) but as it also redirects the user to our service desk system we often get tickets raised for access to a Team when this is not required. This option would simplify things for end users and us as admins.

    This would be a great addition.

    I and our companies other company admins, don't want to be the bottleneck for people joining teams.

    Also, we don't know if someone requesting to join a team should be approved or rejected - only the team admins know this.

    Google have implemented a similar feature in Google Workspace’s “groups” where people can ask to join a group, and the request is sent to the group owners to approve or reject. It works very well!
