Danaher/Pall very much use Red/Green visuals in Project Management to indicate on/off track status.
It would be extremely useful to be able to change the colour of a sticky note red, to indicate where a task/deliverable is late.
Although the shapes have more colour options, shapes do not have the same easy functionality as post-its (auto-sizing, tagging etc).
