Hi Miro Team,

When working with tables I recently got notified that I can not add any more rows and columns because I have reached the limit of 2500 cells.

“You have reached the limit of 2500cells” is the status notification..

Please remove this limit so that I can add more rows.

Or is there a workaround?

I have a pull planning board for planning construction projects. It is limited by the cell limit. I need to use a grid because I export the schedule and items on it and transform it to create a critical path schedule in different software.

Hi Miro Team!

I also would love to be able to create larger tables. The project I am working on is for scheduling multiple courses for our medical school. I use the cells to create a daily schedule of classes from 8a to 5p across the year. Then we use cards for each lecture so that we can keep notes on feedback, planning, and tag important categories like the length of time, where the lecture crosses over to other courses, the subject, and more.

We like this format because we can move the cards to different dates and times as we are planning, it allows a visual board to play with the lessons and organize more effectively as a group. I can only get through about 6 months before i run out of cells sadly. So then i have to create multiple tables which can accidentally be moved or dragged, but Also, if i want to change colors of entire rows or columns, I still have to do it by table, not across tables, so it doubles, triples, and even quadruples the time i spend editing the tables.

Thanks for considering taking off the limit!

I can see how that limit would become restrictive for larger datasets. Increasing the maximum cell count or providing an alternative way to handle bigger tables would be very helpful for users working with extensive information.
