We use the Enterprise plan for in-house seminars. The administrator grants paid licenses to participants only during the seminar, and changes to free licenses after the seminar ends. I have to do this for about ten people every week, so it's a burden. If you can set the license validity period when granting a paid license, the burden will be halved. Please consider it.

@staff at Miro:

Since I don’t know how you manage ideas, I would just like to encourage you to please review similar ideas when looking at this (maybe you always do already?).
There are currently multiple ideas related to licensing, each with only a few votes. Several are , however, very much related to the same (or very similar) need.
Thanks!

Thank you for your response. I couldn’t find anything that exactly matched my needs, so I decided to submit a request.
Within our organization, we believe license management needs to accommodate two types of users: heavy users who use the system long-term, and light users who only use it for short-term workshops or seminars.
This is an idea aimed at managing light users. By repeatedly providing training to light users, we hope to gradually increase their usage frequency.
However, since we cannot suddenly increase the number of licenses, our opinion as administrators is that we would like to grant time-limited licenses for seminars and workshops.
While this might be achievable through RPA tools or APIs, having it as a standard management feature would be extremely helpful.
