Would love the ability to number sticky notes to be able to:

  • reference them in other documentation
  • associate various sticky notes (the details) to a higher-level finding when using Miro to compile research data.
  • search by number (when referring people to a given sticky note): “Look at this board and read the issue summary and quote associated with sticky 30”

I’ve come across a situation where this would be the ABSOLUTE best thing!

yes please, it would really help

Any news?

Any updates on this request? As a Tech BA, this would be really helpful. Thanks!

I spend so much time retro-fitting numbers to stickies. Please bring in this feature.

Any updates on this?

Sticky notes appear to have some kind of “ID number”, but I can’t figure out how to display it. The Miro AI assistant (Miro Assist) returns answers “The sticky note with ID 558 shows the strongest emotional reaction, expressing ...” and handles queries like “What is the ID number of this sticky note?”.

Sometimes, for people to refer to them later, it would be awesome if we could just display a number on them. I don’t necessarily need the ID (a count on them would work as well) but that would help already.

Adding to the chorus of people who would find this extremely valuable!
