new User Access category

I would like to request a “Participant” user access category. “Commenter” doesn’t allow for enough and “Editor” gives too much access once a workspace has been created. “Participant” access level could allow the board owners/co-owners to select some interactive functionality for participants - such as adding stickies, dragging around non-locked items, adding icons, etc. - while not being able to inadvertently unlock and maneuver key components within a workspace.
