I think it would great to have a multi year licence option regardless of the number of users and for payment to be either monthly, annually or up front (covering the full licence period). You could implemented based on minimum requirements for example a business could have a 3 year licence for 10 users, or it could apply for the enterprise licence only. Just something for you to think about.
