We use Microsoft Word for design approvals. Currently we have to take screenshots from Miro and paste them into Word whenever the Miro board changed.

Please provide a live embedding URL that provides a static image of a viewport in Miro. This will allow the image to be inserted into Word and automatically refreshed whenever the document is opened.

An example URL could look as follows, this takes the normal Miro embedding URL and adds an imageFormat=bmp option that specifies for Miro to return the viewport as a BMP image.

This URL can be inserted into MS word using the INCLUDEPICTURE field that is automatically refreshed whenever the document is opened.
