There needs to be an option to move the formatting bar. It always appears up top, but when working in cells, the user generally needs to glance upward to the headers.
If the option cannot be given to the user to drag the formatting bar out of the way, at least place it lower on the screen, rather than higher (i.e., below the content they are editting — not above).
