I suggest expanding the privacy options on the board. Access rights not only at the board level and zoning on the board itself. There are common boards of the company board, but employees of different levels should see different data, and managers more data. As a result, you need to multiply a mountain of boards and drag and duplicate a lot of information, and in case of editing, change it for everyone (too much work). Private zones (roughly speaking, a frame in which information is visible only to added employees).
