List of all Boards for Company Admins with restrictions: we can not see the content

It is very important to us that we as Company Admin can see all boards by name that a team has. As well as their owner.
The content of the boards should not be made accessible to us in this view.
It is only for administrative purposes, for example to be able to react when employees leave.
