I use Miro in combination with Zoom, especially in the context of Zoom breakout rooms. I usually set the timer in Miro, but oftentimes groups need extra time to wrap up the conversation. It’s impossible for me to know that from the main room or any particular breakout room. I cannot use Zoom’s chat because every room has its own chat. I currently use Miro’s chat to ask people if they need more time, but the chat doesn’t have notifications and people tend to forget about this.
A simple alternative would be for anyone to be able to add more time, not just the person who started the timer.
