I like the functionality of layers. However, I find it difficult when facilitating a group and trying to use layers. It would be great if Layers was always available as a tool menu item in the same way as Frames or in the Facilitator menu. Navigating to the left toolbar to administer (vs. creating) defined board Layers is not intuitive.
Also, the Layers popup window blocks other board content and requires closing and then re-opening. For example, when conducting voting the results window gets blocked by the Layers popup.
