Using thumbnails to reveal something about the contents of a Board is nice, however as the contents change, you’d have to update the thumbnail every time.
Showing a preview of a Board in a small window when hovering over it in the Dashboard would help to quickly get an idea of what was in the Board (especially ones that you don’t access often). Clicking the preview opens the board.
