Hide empty groups in Table/Kanban views

When a Kanban or Table view is grouped by a select column (for example "Project"), every option shows as a group, even when it has no records. On a busy task board this clutters the view with empty rows.

Request: Add a "Hide empty groups" toggle to the view settings, so only groups that contain at least one record are shown.

Use case: I group my team's task Kanban by Project. When a project's tasks are all done, I don't want its empty row taking up space, and I don't want to delete the project option to make it go away.
