While using Frames (which have transparent backgrounds) on a surface with a dark background, Frame borders and title are partially visible/readable (or not at all) so a “Frame border color change” functionality would be a perfect solution!
Currently my workaround is to create a Shape (transparent background and white border) + text box with white text color. Together they “pose” as a frame but it’s not the same as an actual Frame.
